Kassinger Development Group LLC Edward T. (Chip) Kassinger founded Kassinger Development Group in 2004 to acquire and develop multi-family communities. Prior to founding the company, Chip began his career in 1979 as the president and principal of E.T Kassinger, Inc., a luxury homebuilder and developer specializing in the design, renovation, and construction of homes from 3,500 to 20,000 in Georgia and South Carolina. In 1996, Chip joined Merry Land & Investment Co. as a Development Manager and then became Vice President. Merry Land acquired or developed and operated 135 communities with 35,000 apartment units throughout the Southeast and Texas. Chip directed the management of a development portfolio of over 500 million while with Merry Land. In 2005, Wade H. Thompson joined the Kassinger Development Group, with over 25 years of experience growing, operating and managing companies in the technology sector.
